The apex court imposed condition directing him to surrender his passport and not to influence witnesses. The Top Court said that Sisodia has suffered a long incarceration of 17 months and the trial hasn’t even begun. AAP MP Sanjay Singh welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision and targeted the NDA-led Modi Government. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली एक्साइज से जुड़े दोनों सीबीआई, ईडी मामलों में मनीष सिसौदिया को जमानत दे दी। शीर्ष अदालत ने शर्त लगाते हुए उन्हें अपना पासपोर्ट सरेंडर करने और गवाहों को प्रभावित नहीं करने का निर्देश दिया। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि सिसौदिया को 17 महीने की लंबी कैद का सामना करना पड़ा है और मुकदमा भी शुरू नहीं हुआ है। अदालत के इस फैसले के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी में जश्न का माहौल है. आप सांसद संजय सिंह ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का स्वागत किया और केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा.इसके अलावा गोपाल राय ने भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया ज़ाहिर की.
