After the Center brought a proposal to buy crops at the minimum support price, farmer leaders on February 19 rejected the proposal saying there was nothing in it for them. Addressing a press conference, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that after discussion the forums rejected the proposal.

केंद्र द्वारा न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर फसल खरीदने का प्रस्ताव लाने के बाद, किसान नेताओं ने 19 फरवरी को प्रस्ताव को यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया कि इसमें उनके लिए कुछ भी नहीं है। एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए किसान नेता जगजीत सिंह दल्लेवाल ने कहा कि चर्चा के बाद मंचों ने प्रस्ताव को खारिज कर दिया।
