केंद्रीय सड़क एवं परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने देश में टोल सिस्टम को लेकर बड़ा ऐलान किया है। भारत में बहुत जल्द सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल सिस्टम को लागू किया जाएगा। यह सिस्टम लागू होने से टोल टैक्स सीधे वाहन चालक के बैंक खाते से कट जाएगा। नितिन गडकरी ने यह भी कहा कि अब चालक सिर्फ उतनी दूरी का ही टोल भरेंगे जितनी दूरी वह तय करेंगे। आखिर क्या है सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल सिस्टम? इसके लागू होने के बाद क्या बदलाव हो सकते है? इसके अलावा जो मौजूदा समय में फास्टैग सिस्टम चल रहा है क्यों वो बंद हो जाएगा?

Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has made a big announcement regarding the toll system in the country. Satellite based toll system will be implemented in India very soon. With the implementation of this system, toll tax will be deducted directly from the bank account of the driver. Nitin Gadkari also said that now drivers will pay toll only for the distance they travel. After all, what is satellite based toll system? What changes can happen after its implementation? Apart from this, why will the Fastag system which is currently running be stopped?
