देश की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी आईटी कंपनी इंफोसिस के 23 साल के इतिहास में ऐसा पहली बार हुआ है, जब उसके कर्मचारियों की संख्या में गिरावट आई है. लेकिन ये हालत सिर्फ इंफोसिस की नहीं है, बल्कि देश की अन्य बड़ी आईटी कंपनी टीसीएस और विप्रो की भी है, जहां पिछले साल की तुलना में वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 के अंदर कर्मचारियों की संख्या में गिरावट देखी गई। अब बड़ा सवाल ये है कि आखिर कंपनियों में कर्मचारियों के घटने कि क्या वजह है। इसका मुख्य कारण दुनिया भर में मांग कमजोर होने और ग्राहकों के टेक्नोलॉजी पर खर्च में कटौती के चलते इन कंपनियों में कर्मचारियों की संख्या घटी हैं।
