मंदिर के कपाट खुलने के समय मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी अपनी पत्नी गीता धामी के साथ बाबा केदारनाथ के दर्शन के लिए मौजूद रहे। केदारनाथ मंदिर भगवान शिव को समर्पित देश के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित मंदिरों में से एक है और छह महीने के दौरान जब मंदिर खुला रहता है, देश भर से लोग इस मंदिर में आते हैं। हर साल हजारों भक्त भगवान शिव की पूजा करने के लिए केदारनाथ जाते हैं।
