Why only Indore gets the crown of number 1 in cleanliness, know what is the secret

Indore is not called the country's number one city in cleanliness for no reason... To become number one one has to work hard... and Indore really has no answer in that... Lakhs of people of Indore celebrate the festival of Gair Rangpanchami together for about 6 hours. But as soon as the war ends, the Municipal Corporation staff gathers on war footing. More than 25 cleaning machines and 500 cleaning friends took charge here.

स्वच्छता में देश का नम्बर वन शहर इंदौर यूँ ही नहीं कहलाता… नम्बर वन बनने के लिए मेहनत भी करनी पड़ती है… और उसमें वाक़ई इंदौर का जवाब नहीं… लगभग 6 घंटे इंदौर के लाखों लोग एक साथ गैर रंगपंचमी का उत्सव मनाते हैं। लेकिन जैसे ही गेर खत्म होता है नगर निगम का अमला युद्ध स्तर पर जुट जाता है। यहां 25 से ज्यादा सफाई मशीनें और 500 सफाई मित्रों ने मोर्चा सम्भाला। राजवाड़ा पर सफ़ाई के बाद ट्रकों में भरकर कचरा निकलता है। सड़क पर बनी गुलाल की लेयर को निगम कर्मी प्रेशर मशीन से सफाई कर साफ करते हैं। इसी जुनून के बदौलत इंदौर सफाई में पिछले 7 साल से नंबर वन पर है। स्वच्छता इंदौर की आदत में शुमार है, स्वच्छता इंदौर का जुनून है।
