सीरिया की राजधानी दमिश्क में स्थित ईरानी वाणिज्य दूतावास हवाई हमले में पूरी तरह से बर्बाद हो गया। हमले में इमारत में मौजूद ईरान की रिवोल्यूशनरी गार्ड फोर्स के सीनियर कमांडर मुहम्मद रेजा जाहेदी सहित पांच लोगों की मौत हो गई और कई घायल हुए हैं। सीरिया और ईरान ने इसे इजरायल की कार्रवाई बताया है। इस हमले से अरब जगत में तनाव और बढ़ने की आशंका जताई गई है।

The Iranian Consulate located in the Syrian capital Damascus was completely destroyed in the air attack. Five people, including Mohammad Reza Zahedi, a senior commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Force present in the building, were killed and several injured in the attack. Syria and Iran have called it Israel's action. There is a possibility of further increase in tension in the Arab world due to this attack.
