प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रविवार को राजस्थान के बांसवाड़ा में एक चुनावी रैली को संबोधित करते हुए कांग्रेस पर हमला करने के लिए पूर्व पीएम मनमोहन सिंह के 2006 के भाषण का सहारा लिया पीएम मोदी के बयान के बाद एक बार फिर पूर्व पीएम मनमोहन सिंह का 2006 का बयान चर्चा में आ गया है. पूर्व पीएम ने 9 दिसंबर 2006 को राष्ट्रीय विकास परिषद की 52वीं बैठक पर भाषण दिया था.
