2022 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा डिफेंस फोर्स में भर्ती प्रक्रिया में लायी गयी अग्निपथ योजना पर अब कांग्रेस पार्टी के तेवर उग्र नज़र आ रहे हैं। मीडिया से बात करते हुए कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि सरकार 4100 करोड़ जी20 पर खर्च कर सकती है, 20,000 सेंट्रल विस्टा प्रोजेक्ट पर खर्च कर सकती है लेकिन सरकार यहां पैसा बचाना चाहती है। सरकार पैसा बचाने के लिए हमारी डिफेंस फोर्स की भर्ती प्रक्रिया से खिलवाड़ कर रही है।
