Arvind Kejriwal retaliated on ED's eighth summons, made this new demand.

आठवें समन से पहले भी सात समन पर सीएम केजरीवाल ये कहते हुए ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए कि ये समन गैर-कानूनी है. ED ने आठवीं दफा समन जारी कर अरविंद केजरीवाल से 4 मार्च को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था. अरविंद केजरीवाल ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए जवाब देने की बात कही है, हालांकि ईडी ने इससे इंकार कर दिया है और कहा है कि वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पूछताछ का प्रावधान नहीं.

Even before the eighth summons, CM Kejriwal did not appear before the ED on seven summons saying that these summons are illegal. ED had issued summons for the eighth time and called Arvind Kejriwal for questioning on March 4. Arvind Kejriwal has said to answer through video conferencing, however, ED has refused this and said that there is no provision for interrogation through video conferencing.
