Gaya, Bihar Sarvodaya Nagar of Gaya district of Bihar, which was once a desolate area spread in barren field... today is decorated with thousands of fruit trees and It has become the source of livelihood for many families. Apart from mango, guava, litchi, jackfruit, mahua, trees of precious woods like shisham and teak are also present in this garden. Actually this huge and barren sand dune of 40 acres was the property of Tikari Maharaj.

गया, बिहार बिहार (Bihar) के गया (Gaya) जिले का सर्वोदय नगर (Sarvodaya Nagar) जो कभी बंजर भूमि (Barren Field) में फैला एक वीरान इलाका हुआ करता था... आज हज़ारों फलदार पेड़ों (Tree) से सजा है और कई परिवारों के भरण पोषण का सहारा बन चुका है. इस बगीचे में आम, अमरूद, लीची, कटहल,महुआ के अलावा शीशम सागवान जैसे बेशकीमती लकड़ियों के बृक्ष भी मौजूद हैं। दरअसल 40 एकड़ का यह विशाल और बंजर रेत का टीला टिकारी महाराज की मिल्कियत थी।
