BJP MP K Laxman has cornered the Congress party and said that Congress and Rahul Gandhi have got into the habit of commenting on Modi ji's caste. The truth is that Congress is an anti-Dalit and anti-backward party. It did not implement the recommendations of the Kalelkar Committee. Rajiv ji did not implement the Mandal Commission report. When Modi ji's caste got OBC status, Modi ji was not even in power.
