दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा PPAC बढ़ाकर बिजली महंगी करने के आरोपों पर आप नेता आतिशी ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार या DERC ने बिजली के दाम नहीं बढ़ाए हैं. DISCOM का यह पुराना प्रावधान है, जिसमें पीक पावर डिमांड के दौरान जब कंपनियों को महंगे दाम पर बिजली खरीदनी पड़ती है तो कुछ वक्त के लिए वो सात फीसदी तक PPAC बढ़ा सकते हैं....
