दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल सोमवार (19 फरवरी 2024) को ED के सामने पेश नहीं होंगे. दिल्ली के कथित ने पूछताछ के लिए केजरीवाल को समन भेजा था. AAP ने ईडी के समन को गैर कानूनी बताया है. आप ने कहा कि ED के समन की वैधता का मामला अब कोर्ट में है. ईडी ने खुद कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. ईडी को बार बार समन भेजने के बजाय कोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार करना चाहिए. यह 6वीं बार है, जब केजरीवाल ईडी के समन पर पेश नहीं हुए हैं.

The ED, which is probing money laundering in Delhi's alleged liquor scam, had summoned Kejriwal for questioning. AAP has termed ED's summons as illegal. You said that the issue of validity of ED summons is now in the court. ED itself has approached the court. Instead of sending summons again and again, ED should wait for the court's decision. This is the 6th time that Kejriwal has not appeared on the summons of ED.
